Sadly, this clever way to look at Pantone colors by putting them on a Rubik's cube is not available to consumers. It is a concept designed by Ignacio Pilotto. You can see his webpage about the Rubitone here. It's certainly another design style for Pantone to consider. They do have the fan shape that lets you see a lot of colors.
