Karolina Kurkova models the new Victoria's Secret Hearts On Fire Diamond Fantasy Bra, which was created by Hearts On Fire, the company that has a special way of cutting diamonds to give them more fire. The bra which was created for the 2006 Holiday Collection features 2,000 individually cut diamonds weighing 800 carats. In the center of the bra is a 10 carat Hearts On Fire diamond brooch with a Victorian floral motif.
Victoria's Secret Angel Karolina Kurkova models this year's Hearts On Fire Diamond fantasy bra which will be featured in the 2006 Victoria's Secret Christmas Dreams and Fantasies catalogue, arriving in mailboxes in mid-October and then worn in the Victoria's Secret fashion show.
"We are looking forward to seeing our diamond bra in action on the runway -- with 2000 perfectly cut Hearts On Fire diamonds under the lights. It's a good thing that the fashion show is in LA where no one leaves home without their sunglasses," says Bart Marks, VP of Marketing for Hearts On Fire.
The Hearts On Fire diamonds in the Fantasy Bra required over 20,000 hours of labor to perfectly cut and polish, while the bra itself took more than 300 man hours to fabricate. This is the second creative project that Hearts On Fire has taken on -- in 2002 Hearts On Fire created a $5 million diamond dress for the Oscars.
The bra is valued at $6.5 million and would make a lovely, practical gift for the supermodel in your life.
