Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi Shares Golden Globes Dessert

Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi explains the dessert that will be featured at the Beverly Hilton Hotel Ballroom during the 69th Golden Globe Awards ceremony on January 15, 2012. It is a chocolate acacia honey caramel dessert with an almond and hazelnut crunch base. The dessert also includes fresh berries. It is topped with edible gold dust. Henzi says, "We don't really measure calories here, especially on a day like this." Take a look:
