The rumors that Christina Aguilera would be designing for Topshop have been quashed by Elle UK.
However, our friends at Topshop have confirmed to Elleuk.com that it's not happening. This year Topshop will be focusing on the best in British design talent, including a collection from Biba legend Barbara Hulanicki, whose collection in the 1970s defined the decade. Her collection of body-con dresses, palozzo pants, and suede jackets is set to lauch April 2008.
That's too bad. It would have been interesting to see what Aguilera and Topshop came up with. She's already had so many different looks during her young career. (via Catwalk Queen)
