Oprah Winfrey launched her new network last weekend. The Oprah Winfrey Network or OWN is a joint venture with the Discovery Channel. The channel takes over the space that Discovery Health used to hold on cable tv. Ratings were good for the first weekend. Here Oprah welcomes viewers to the network and teases a bit of the content:
