This are not good for Goody's, a family clothing retailer based in Knoxville, Tennessee. WWDsays Goody's has decided to liquidate. Goody's emerged from bankruptcy in October but apparently did not have enough cash and was unable to get enough credit to continue operating. A report Monday said Goody's had stopped issuing gift cards and offering layaway services. The Goody's website shows big sales with 60-80% off original prices.
