Jakks Pacific has created four Cabbage Patch Kids dolls crafted in the likeness of the presidential candidates and vice presidential candidates. The auction will last until Election Day on November 4th. 100 percent of the proceeds are going to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. The highest bids are currently for the Sarah Palin Cabbage Patch doll - as of this writing it's up to 3,650.00. Here are some direct links to the dolls on eBay.
"These four folks in particular seemed like the perfect candidates, if you will, to become one-of-a-kind Cabbage Patch Kids," said Jakks Pacific Inc. spokeswoman Genna Rosenberg. "We've had a great history with making celebrity look-alikes with these Kids. We've done everyone from Elvis to Donald Trump to Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah."
