Andrew Knowlton Talks Bon Appetit's 2010 Hot Food Trends

Bon Appetit magazine's restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton talked to Harry Smith from the CBS Early Show about some of the hot food trends for 2010. One of the hot trends is meatballs. Andrew Knowlton says another 2010 trends is New Austrian, such as homemade pretzels. Another 2010 food trend is Sriracha, which is Bon Appetit's ingredient of the year for 2010. Knowlton also mentions a comfort food called a "slump." Take a look:
