Mike Judge Talks the Return of Beavis and Butthead
Mike Judge, the creator and voice of
Beavis and Butt-head, talks to CNN's Kyra Phillips about the comeback of his hit cartoon series. When pressed, Mike
says there is a bit of Beavis in him
from his high school days, but not too
much. He says he decided to bring
back the duo when he had to watch
a lot of MTV shows for work.
He watched a lot of Jersey Shore and Teen Mom, which made him
wonder how Beavis and Butthead would react
to these shows. He says the duo
are still sitting on the same couch.
Mike notes that during the years
the show was originally on the
air, crime was down and
the economy was better.
He also talks about turning 50 next
year. He says he still has no
problem at all thinking like a
middle schooler.
