Lowe's Promises 90% Off Coupon Codes During Black Friday Sneak Peek Party on Facebook
Lowe's is turning to Facebook to offer deals. The home improvement products retailer is running a Black Friday Sneak Peek Party on Facebook. Starting November 5th at 12:01 am the retailer says it will provide "90% off coupon codes" for its Facebook fans to be able to "immediately buy certain items on Lowes.com."
Examiner says the deals will be leaked in the form of short 20 to 30 second videos. The campaign will run for three days. Walletpop says a Lowe's spokesman told them there will be a limited number of codes. 90% off coupon codes is certain to get people to attend Lowe's Facebook party, but people might get upset if they are unable to get the deals. The page on Lowe's Facebook describing the event does say that "thousands of fans" will get the 90% off coupon codes. Consumers that get the codes aren't likely to have much time to use them based on the use of the word "immediately" in Lowe's description of the codes.
