Tim Gunn Advising Campbell's Address Your Heart Contest

Campbell Address Your Heart 2009

Campbell's is running a contest for designers called the AdDress Your Heart design contest.
ince the classic red and white paper dress design from the 1960s, Campbell Soup Company has a rich history of stylish, creative couture. Today, the Campbell red dress has evolved to be a symbol for heart health that inspires women to live longer, healthier lives. Now, it’s your turn to help make heart health fashionable.

We're asking people across America to take inspiration from a real female heart-health hero who motivates you to AdDress Your Heart. We want you to share your story and your own red dress design that will be symbolic of a heart-healthy lifestyle. You could create what will become this year’s Campbell Red Dress and join the list of fashion designers, including Nicole Miller and Michael Vollbracht for Bill Blass, who have contributed to the collection of Campbell dresses that are synonymous with heart health.
Fashion expert Tim Gunn is listed at the adviser of this year's Campbell Red Dress challenge. Contestants entering the contest have to submit both a dress design and a 250-word heart-health hero. The judges will select three finalists' sketches and stories which will be featured on the campbellsaddressyourheart.com website starting January, 2010. Campbell's says the winning dress will be professionally produced. The winning designer and heart-health hero (if available) will be flown to New York City to walk the red carpet with Tim Gunn at the 2010 Woman's Day Red Dress Awards.
