Bobby Flay Plans More Bobby's Burger Palace Restaurants
Nation's Restaurant News (NRN) reports that Bobby Flay plans on growing his casual dining burger chain called Bobby's Burger Palace. There are currently five restaurants and Bobby Flay wants to increase the number by 12 to 14 over the next twelve months.
Bobby Flay is holding back so far on requests to add a veggie burger. He told NRN that "I just haven't met a veggie burger I have liked."
NRN says Bobby Flay's company has also trademarked the terms
"Crunchburger" and "crunchify," which is the practice of topping the patty with chips.
