Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail, Sent to Rehab Until January 2011
Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today with medical staff from The Betty Ford Center and her attorney. The 24-year-old actress avoided additional jail time for failing a drug test while on parole; instead the judge ordered her to
continue attending rehab until January 3, 2011. Lindsay got her SCRAM bracelet removed today. She will be drug tested between January 3rd and her next court appearance on February 25, 2011. The AP reports:
