The U.S. government promised 40 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine would be ready by the end of this month. That number was actually a reduced estimate from an earlier figure. Jim Axelrod reports for CBS that only 13 million doses are going to be available by the end of this month. The government only expects to have 50 million by the end of November, which is much less than they expected. This means lots of people are going to be exposed to the H1N1 virus before they get the shot. As you can see in the video below 1,700 people camped out eleven hours over night outside a clinic to get the vaccine. The clinic's small supply was completely gone in 90 minutes. Take a look:
