Video: Kanye West Talks Taylor Swift on The Ellen DeGeneres Show
Kanye West sat down with Ellen DeGeneres to talk about the infamous incident in which he interrupted Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech at the VMAs. Kanye says that after that incident he left the country. He went
to Japan to avoid the paparazzi, then moved to Rome, then went to Hawaii. He said it was the first time he'd taken the time to process his
mother's death.
As for the VMAs, he said he's not doing that again. He said he'd never get on stage again or sit in the audience, and he apologized for his actions.
But Ellen told him not to withdraw from the awards show scene, that
people want to see him there. Take a look:
