Motorola and Verizon Wireless have announced the Droid Razr by Motorola. Motorola Chairman and CEO Sanjay Jha revealed the device to in Manhattan. The phone is billed as the world's thinnest 4G LTE smartphone. The phone is just 7.1 mm thin and features Gorilla Glass for scratch resistance. The phone is powered by Android 2.3.5, Gingerbread.
Features include a 1.2 Ghz processor. 1GB ram, 8-megapixed rear camera, front-facing HD camera, Bluetooth 4.0 and 16GB memory, expandable to 32GB with 16GB microSD card, which comes pre-installed.
The Droid Razr will be available in early November, 2011 for $299.99 with a new 2-year Verizon contract.
