Sheriff Says Wolf Blitzer Broke Balloon Boy Case Wide Open
Sheriff Jim Alderden credited CNN news anchor Wolf Blitzer's interview with 6-year-old Falcon Heene for breaking open the balloon boy hoax case. During the interview with the Heene family, Falcon Heene admitted that he could hear people calling for him. Falcon said he did not come out of hiding because he thought that "we did this for a show." Sheriff Alderden says this created "the first ah-ha moment" in the case.
