Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has joined Twitter. The head of News Corporation starting tweeting on Dec. 31. His account, @rupertmurdoch, has been verified by Twitter. The account was also confirmed by Twitter executive chairman Jack Dorsey.
Murdoch has tweeted about books, politics, movies, vacations and more. He mentioned two Fox movies, which he reall liked - Descendants and We Bought a Zoo. He also tweeted support for conservative Rick Santorum, saying it is "Good to see santorum surging in Iowa." Murdoch also said Mike Bloomberg is "New York's best mayor in memory."
