Many People Overdo It When Making New Year's Resolutions

Susan Rudnicki, a clinical health psychologist, talked to CNN about why it is so difficult for people to keep their New Year's resolutions. One reason is that people tend to overdo it making their resolutions. Susan Rudnicki advises people not to put a number (such as lose fifty pounds) when it comes to setting fitness goals.
