Brian Littrell of the Backstreet Boys has been infected with the H1N1 swine flu virus that is sweeping the globe. Brian Littrell is missing out an opportunity to attend the NYC Pinktober Hard Rock Cafe signing. He feels really bad about missing the chance to support the fight against breast cancer and meet fans, so even though he obviously doesn't feel very well he went ahead and posted an apology to fans on YouTube.
