Sacha Baron Cohen Crashes Stella McCartney's Show

Photo of Bruno

Have you seen this tall, blond, gay fashionista? Because Sacha Baron Cohen has struck again. First he appeared uninvited at several of the runway shows in Milan, even jumping on stage to walk the catwalk wearing random items velcroed to him -- the Ugg boot attached to his front is hilarious. Then he (in his character of Bruno) crashed Stella McCartney's show in Paris, snaring a second row seat.
With his red thong clearly visible above his jeans, the comedian - who was virtually unrecognisable in a flamboyant leather gilet, with his slicked-down hair dyed blonde and brown - sucked Tampax, clapped along to the music and generally disgruntled the front row by continually pushing aside those sitting in front of him for a better look at the models.

While Baron Cohen did his best to steal the limelight, however, McCartney's girls (in delicious roomy knits with a touch of the Eighties about them) held their own - and won a lone standing ovation from their most eccentric, and possibly biggest, new fan.
So how did he get in the show? Did Stella let him in if he promised not to jump on the catwalk? As for the Tampax, well, we have no words. But we can't wait to see his new movie which will feature all this footage. It's called Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male.
