Video: David Letterman Explains Extortion Plot, Admits to Affairs With Staffers
David Letterman admitted on the Late Show today that he went downtown and testified before a grand jury about an extortion attempt made against him for $2 million. The extortion attempt had to do with David Letterman having sex with some of his female staffers. Letterman also admitted to having sexual relationships with members of his staff on his show. CBS has confirmed that it was an employee from 48 Hours who was arrested for trying to extort money from David Letterman. Here's a clip from Letterman's explanation on the Late Show.
