Blizzard Paralyzes State Connecticut, Governor Orders All Roads to be Closed

A blizzard has pretty much paralyzed the state of Connecticut. The governor ordered all roads closed today until further notice. A number of people are stuck in their cars without water or food, and the snowplow drivers are getting stuck when they stop to help people. Most of the state is covered in two feet of snow and many are without power. The AP reports:
