Apple Now Repairing iPhone 5c in Apple Stores
Apple is now repairing damaged iPhone 5c phones in Apple stores. The service costs $149. CNN/Money reports that customers can take their damaged iPhone 5c to an Apple Store Genius Bar for repair. Apple did not provide a press release about the service, but did confirm it exists to CNN.
Apple Insider reports that the iPhone 5c in-store repair service process takes about an hour. Tim Cook, who is known for closely monitoring customer complaints, has pushed for the iPhone repairs to get a top priority.
Apple does not repair screens of the iPhone 5s, the newest high-end model, or the 4s in Apple stores.
