Allstate's Mayhem Causes Biblical and Historical Trouble in Super Bowl Ad
Allstate has a bigger story to tell about Mayhem for the Super Bowl. Mayhem has been causing trouble for hundreds of millions of years. The Super Bowl ad shows Mayhem offering the forbidden fruit to Adam and Eve. It also shows him wiping out the dinosaurs with a meteor, ordering the opening of the gates in Troy to let in the Trojan horse and causing assorted other disasters throughout history. He was even responsible for the leaning Tower of Pisa. The ad is very funny, but we have to wonder if Allstate has gone a bit too far with this one. Now Mayhem is pretty much Evil Incarnate.
