Alexia Foods has launched Sweet Potato Rolls in the frozen food aisles. Alexia says the rolls are made from American-grown sweet potatoes. They cost $3.89 and can be made in about 20 minutes.
Mike Smith, vice president and general manager, Alexia Foods, said in a statement, "The sweet potato is migrating away from its place at the holiday table and making its way to everyday dinner tables.
